This kit includes the exclusive EZ-Frame brackets with no miter cuts and durable 4 In. x 4 In. construction for additional strength. Also included are 2 swing seats and 1 pair of rings. Tools Required: Adjustable wrench, electric drill, 3/8 In. drill bit (8 In. minimum length), circular saw, tape measure, square, metal file, hacksaw, and a hammer. Place swing set on level ground in an open area not less than 6 feet from any structure or obstruction such as house, garage, fence, laundry lines, overhanging branches, or electric wires. The swing set must not be installed over concrete, gravel, asphalt, or other hard surfaces which could cause injury in case of a fall. Grass, sand, wood chips, or other soft surfaces are ideal under swing sets. Estimated Building Time: 6 to 8 hours. Lumber, slide, and wood screws not included. 5-year limited warranty. ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) certified.
